“We have been working with Basingstoke College for the last 3 months to coordinate and deliver training programmes under the ESF contract. Jane and her team have gone out of their way to be flexible to our employee’s needs and requirements. They have already delivered Leadership & Management, Electrical, Plumbing and Web Design courses with excellent feedback from those who’ve attended. Although many of our needs have been outside of the normal programme the BCoT Team have worked with The Bridge to offer what is required and have tried to utilise the funding where ever possible. I would not hesitate to recommend the programme at BCoT to other companies in our situation.”
Laura Ede - Outplacement Consultant, The Bridge -Nokia (Southwood)

“After being unemployed for nearly 8 months, I attended the employability and apprenticeship courses on offer at BCoT. During the courses I gained new skills that helped me write a completely new CV. I handed this into Triumph Ltd in Basingstoke and was offered an interview. Thanks to the interview skills I gained I was told that I was successful and had got the job the following day. I absolutely love it there and I give all of my thanks to Andrea, Hayley and all of the others who put the time and effort into the courses.”
Elizabeth Leaver – 20 years old, Sales Assistant, Triumph International Ltd
